Where can I buy Bellevue The Label?

Bellevue The Label styles are available exclusively on our online store www.bellevuethelabel.com and instore at The Stylist LA.

How do I select the best size for me?

Our size guide is a general guideline. Our sizing is consistent but the exact measurements of each specific style is different. If you have questions about specific styles please email us at info@bellevuethelabel.com include your bust, waist, hip and height measurements and we will help you find your perfect size.

If you live in LA or SF you can visit our friends at The Stylist LA to try on the styles in person!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed unfortunately we’re not able to change it. Please email us at info@bellevuethelabel.com to request to cancel your order and include your order number in the subject line. We’ll do the best we can to help you before it ships, however we try our best to process orders quickly, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it.

What is the status of my order?

Your shipping confirmation e-mail contains a link so you can track your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about preordered or cancelled items will be detailed in a separate email.

What if I am unable to place an order?

If you’re getting a reoccurring error message during the checkout process, more often than not it is due to a credit card problem, or an error with the billing or shipping address. Try reformatting the name and addresses in your billing and/or shipping information. If the error message keeps coming up please email us at info@bellevuethelabel.com and we’ll help you out!

Why does it look like I’ve been charged twice for my order?

What you might be seeing is an authorization. This is a common practice for banks when processing credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and credit authenticity. Usually this authorization clears in 48 hours and you’ll see just one charge for the order. Also to avoid duplicate orders please click the ‘Place Order’ button once when checking out.

I ordered something and now it’s on sale; will you match the new price?

Sorry but we don’t offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at info@bellevuethelabel.com and we’ll take care of it for you!

What if my package is lost?

Please email us at info@bellevuethelabel.com and we’ll file a claim with the shipping company and do our best to take care of it as quickly as possible!
